Hi Mark
Stats are recorded in a separate index, so it sounds like this may not be created and/or functioning properly. Can you try with a dev index to check if the stats work as expected there? If that's confirmed then I'd suggest contacting EPiServer Support to check into the configuration of the Find server.
David
It may be client-side issue on Find Statistics page.
Could you please specify versions of EPiServer CMS UI add-on/module/package on sites where statistics page works and where it doesn't?
It seems to be related to specific change in Dojo 1.8.9 that was released as part of EPiServer.CMS.UI 7.18.1. Please see details in bug report #126979.
The fix is available in Find 7.5.454.128 update.
Hi,
I'm sure this must be a simple thing and probably just config. We are using the on premise version of Find and have a site on three platforms two of which are pointing to indices on one Find Server. The third site has an index on another Find server.
The two sites sharing the Find server are not loading any results for number of queries, top queries and 0 hits queries in the statistics tab in CMS but are loading latest search queries. Both indices on this server have statistics enabled and the queries are constructed to record statistics.
The statistics for the third site works exactly as expected with all elements loading up and being updated as searches are performed.
Is there anything obvious I can check to find out why this is happening? Any tools I can use to try and diagnose the cause?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
