Data not showing in episerver admin portal for Find after the index update

We update the index last month on Jan 17th. Same license. Since then our data is not showing in episerver->Find->Manage.

When we click on Find -> Manage -> Most Frequent searches the graph data is inconsistant. The "Year" view shows data from Novemmber and Month view shows data only from Jan 17th. Both is incorrect. That data should be there prior to november. Please see the attached screenshots.

When you click on "Optimize" arrow and view "Related queries" and "Synonyms" there is no data at all. 

What happens when you update your Find license? Does the data remains or we loose the previous data.
