Duplicate first or second - ImageVault Property

Hello,
I have an ImageVault property of type MediaReference, but instead of a "box" in edit mode where i can add an image, all I see is this message "Duplicate first or second". Does someone have an idea of what this is about? I´m using ImageVault 4 and EPiServer 7.

If anyone wonders. I had a duplicate in the imagevault database in the table TypeRegistration. Solved the issue with removing the duplicate.
