XML files copying to bin for Episerver and locking, preventing builds

Hey guys,
After upgrading to 7.1 - Episerver references (i.e. Episerver.dll, Episerver.baselibrary.dll, etc) are now copying their associated XML files into my bin directory. This causes issues when building sometimes because this file gets locked and the build process is not able to run, because it tries to copy this file and the current one in bin is locked. How do I stop these files from being generated/copied?
