Admin Panel CMS - Missing Content

Hello,

I am having a strange issue with my EpiServer implementation when trying to access the Administration panel. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction?

When I go to http://mysite/epiui/ and login, I am presented with the links on the left handside. Formatting, css etc is all missing. I have checked my VPP folder and everything looks as though it is there. 

Please can you point me in the right direction to try and troubleshoot this?

I have managed to resolve this issue. This was down to me installing URLSCANNER. The logs were showing 

Rejected URL+contains+dot+in+path. Editing the urlscanner.ini allowed this exception and everything is now working.
