Subscription email / EPSUBSCRIBE want not be true

I use http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Tech-Notes/EPiServer-CMS-5/EPiServer-CMS-SP2/Configuring-Subscription-in-EPiServer-CMS-5/ for sending mails after updating pages. I have added property EPSUBSCRIBE to pages/ When I try to set "true" - check, to property, after publishing EPSUBSCRIBE is "false" - uncheck

I spend a lot of time on investigating this issue - Why property cannot be settled?
Maybe somebody know solution for this problem/ Help me please
