Issue with PageURL ( Id and EplLangauge)

Hi,
We recently upgraded to EPiServer 7.0.
However facing issue in page URL. Id and epslangauage parameters are not getting appended to the pageurl.
In request.querystring , the count is shown as 0.
Please advice on why these are not appending to the url and solution for the same.
