It's probably unpublished. The login meant is your world-login, but it cannot access that content. Maybe this page will help you instead: http://world.episerver.com/documentation/cms/get-started-with-cms/ It's for the latest release though, not 7.

I am trying to access the link below, but it requires a Digital Experience Cloud login which I don't have. How can I access Episerver 7 CMS documentation without one?
