How can i active the Office Addin?

following is my server:

EPI:EPiServer CMS5 R2

OS:Windows 2008 enterprise SP1

IIS:IIS7 with IIS6 compatibility

Membership provider:Sql

Office:2007

after the installtion of Office Addin,i find it appears in word now, but i can not active the add-in in website.the website is the demo site shipped with EPiServer CMS together.

i have tried lots of way,but it still does not work, when i click the active button,it seems that nothing happened.

 

can anyone tell me the definite prerequisite of this feature?
