Hi

 I was not sure where to post this so I apologies if this is the wrong location.  Over the next few weeks I want to gain an understanding on how the EpiServer 5 file structure, IIS and the database are related.  This will should enable me to write scripts to enable us to deploy code releases from DEV to UAT to Live and move content from our Editorial Server to Live.

 As a starting point I want to be able to move the required files from one EpiServer installation to another (still point at the same DB), configure IIS and have a working system.
