Feature - Setting IE comparison operators for css/js include attribute for gadgets

Sometimes, you want a css/js file to only be included in IE, so I wish for an IE Comparison attribute.
Ex:
[CssResource("Content/MyCss.css")]
[ScriptResource("Script/MyScript.js", IEComparison="IsIE")]
[Gadget]
