Problem uploading a doc from MS Word, using the MS word addon.

When I try to upload an MS Word doc I get the following error:

The server name or address could not be resolved.

I get that notice just after I type in the password for to log onto the demo site.

Any ideas?

Ok I think I have to take a step back, I have checked and it seems the Addon is not activated yet, dispite clicking on it (several times). It does not seem to want to activate.
