Error on View Work flow: " the account has not access to registry"

I got error when I click the " View " button to call the workflowimage.aspx page.

 

The error is

"Access to the regisry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft corporation\internet information services\7.5.7600.16365' is denied.

 

Can anybody give me some idea to solve this problem?
