Lost in the SDK - Where is the 'How to Create a EPiServer Web Control Template' Guide?

It's a ASP.NET User Control that inherits from EPiServer.UserControlBase.

I guess thats the essance of the guide but I was curious to read it in case there was any other information contained within. I guess the SDK needs updating a bit.

It mentionss a Guide entitled "How to Create a EPiServer Web Control Template" in step 3, I've done searches through the SDK and via google but can't find this guide anywhere. Anyone have any ideas where it is?
