Restrict the users for a specific page

Hi,

Is it possible for a page can be visible in the menus and yet locked down when someone clicks on it.

I have tried by removing the Everyone access for a specific page and restricted to specific user but when i did like that the page is not is not visible in menus.

It depends on how your menu is built. If it uses a PageList control for example, it will filter for access rights. You can change this behaviour by setting the RequiredAccess property of the control to say AccessLevel.NoAccess.

We have used the Pagetree control not the page list to display the menu. Can you please suggest what we need to do now?
