if you are logged-in successfully on license.episever.com you should be redirected to "Generate Partner Developer License" age and there you can create the required license.

My annual licence expired few days ago. I've had to now register a partner account, asssociate with my company. I've done this. But, where is the page to download the licence files. I am looking for licence for epiServer 4.
The support email address to contact in case I cannot reach the licence download page (licenseadmin@episerver.com) is bouncing back.
