hi,

our customer is trying to send newsletter in koean language.

while creating a newsletter language is displayed correctly.

in "mail section" korean characters are replaced with Question marks; browser is able to show characters correctly after clicking "page not showing correctly".

Hello Tomi,

My first thought about this is that you have wrong encoding in episervermail.config, see here for instance: http://world.episerver.com/modules/forum/pages/thread.aspx?id=33489. I remember that at least a couple of years back this was set to iso-8859-1 by default. Try to change this to utf-8 and see if that helps.
