New to EpiServer CMS 6

Hello everyone,

I've just started a new job and we are running EpiServer CMS 6. Never touched EpiServer before so I'm a newbie.

I was wondering if there are any resources online where I can learn about version 6? Can I read about version 7 or are the two very different?

I'm also wondering what I need on my machine to be able to run our site locally? Right now the code is edited locally but then pushed to a remote server. I would like to build and run the site locally as well.

I probably would start with some tutorials:

When you feel comfortable with EPiServer world, you can check out developers guide:

What you will need locally to run EPiServer sites:

And yes, v7 and v6 are not much different. Core ideas remain the same, added cutting edge technologies and really cool stuff for editors.
