Issue after upgrading from 6 to 6 R2

Hello,

I have an issue with TinyMCE which is present after upgrading from CMS6 to CMS6 R2.

There is a JS error when trying to load the text editor as follows:

Message: 'a.baseURI' is null or not an object
Line: 1
Char: 310
Code: 0
URI: http://sitedomain.co.uk/util/Editor/tinymce/plugins/epidynamiccontent/editor_plugin.js

Now I've checked the js file above and a.baseURI is set to "plugins/epipersonalizedcontent/epicontentblockutilities.js" which I've checked and this exists as well.

I've checked the config files and as far as I can tell all required entries for R2 are present. I have this issue on the deployed site - I upgraded my dev site first and did not get this issue - I used deployment centre both times.

I'm a bit puzzled by this, has anyone else encountered this and know how to fix?

Thanks,

Mark
