File upload in ImageVault is very slow

I am using Episerver cms 6 r2 with imagevault 3.5.4. When i am trying to upload any file to imagevault, its taking around 4--50 sec for upload process even when my file size is is in KB (around 200kb).
Anyone have any idea about this issue ? this started to occur from recently and previously file upload was quick.
