Advanced link dialog in TinyMCE config?

Vote:

In Admin mode, I go to Edit Custom Property Types and click on XHTML String (>255).

If I then click 'Add Setting' this brings up a dialog allowing me to configure the TinyMCE Editor for this property.

One of the options under 'Plugins without a button' is 'Change link dialog to Advanced link dialog' - however, if I select this option, it seems to have no effect. Does this option actually do anything? If so, how do I get it to work?

The reason for my question is that I nwould like editors to be able to specify a CSS class for certain links - I thought an 'Advanced' link dialog would allow this.
