Hi, I am having difficulty with the permissions with Composer elements when adding a block to the page logged in as a Web Editor. These are the steps that I am taking:
• Login as a Web Editor • Drag a new Composer block onto the page • The block becomes instantly greyed out
I did hear about cookies being an issue so I followed these next four steps • I delete my cookies • Log back in • The previous Composer block is still greyed • I drag a new composer block onto the page and this is also greyed out
I then logged in as Super Admin (Web Admin) to look at the permissions for the Composer block • I log in Super Admin • I open up the rules tab on the single control – the web Editor has the correct permissions already in place • I do not touch the permission settings but just Save the block
• Log back in as Web Editor • The Composer block is now active.
Does the Save made by the Super Admin wake up the system some how?
