Apply settings to sub-pages in Edit Mode
Maybe you could "hack" the page with using virtualpathadapters. I did a couple of those things during my CMS 6 period.

In Admin Mode, when one sets Access rights, there is an option "Apply settings for sub pages", which allows you to cover sub-pages as well. However in Edit Mode when one is setting Access rights, this option is not there. Is there any possibility to add it, using EPIServer functionality?
