Set Episerver to show users time.

Hi, our webserver time runs on UTC. However, we currently have an issue whereby daylight savings are in effect, and the client is setting the server to UTC+1, and set publish times accordingly. However, when changes are deployed, the server reverts to UTC, causing a mismatch with the publish times. Naturally, it makes sense to have the server stay at UTC and have Episerver take the daylight savings in to account, and can go by the user's time, rather than the server time. Also publish times are  calculated via the user's time, and published at the right time regradless of whether DST is in effect or not.

Is there an existing solution, for EpiServer 6 R2, that can provide this feature?

Sadly not I believe but in the latest release of episerver they have fixed the UTC issue that you can have.

There also is an old thread about a issue like yours that you can look into. Anyhow I think you need to upgrade the website ;)
