Missing procedures after install

I have installed on an existing database. After installation, without errors I noticed that only 255 stored procedures were installed, compared to the 265 installed on my development machine.
One of the procedures missing are 'RetrieveNonblockingInstanceStateIds'
The database is a SQL Server 2005 cluster.
Anyone experienced this problem?

Hi,
You need to install .Net framework 3.0 on your machine.

.Net framework 3.0 is installed. It worked to install the procedures manualy by scrip, but they were not installed in the installation.
