I just wonder if the freetext editor will support Firefox in the final release of EPiServer CMS? Or is it up to the client/partner to find a new editor component for users that don't have Internet Explorer?

EPiServer CMS will be released with the same editor as in EPiServer 4, which unfortunately only supports IE, but we will also deliver sample code where we use FCKEditor (http://www.fckeditor.net) which can be used with Firefox as well. // Mats
