RC4: Uri problems in PropertyData

You are probably aware of this by now, but it seems there is a problem with the Uri handling in RC4. PropertyData.ReplaceHtmlLinks have a problem with absolute or relative links, which means that you cannot save a page without first clearing the (hidden) ExternalLink property or for example have a XhtmlString-property with a anchor element with an relative url in. Whats the time frame for the next RC?

This only seems to be a problem when upgrading from RC3 to RC4 using the Manager.
