Are you using CMS 5.1.x? The editor have been reworked in R2, and long forms shouldn't be a problem.
But to answer your question; there is no updated javascript.

We have problems when we create a form that is pretty long (allot of rows) and when you should drag'n'drop a text field to the bottom of the formdesign.
It seems that the drag'n'drop javascript don't count the window.scrollheight in the right way.
Is there any update to this javascript?
