cannot lisen on pipe name 'net.pipe://publictemplates/EventSubscriber' because another pipe endpoint is already lisening to that name

The client's site crashing on a regular basis at least once a week and requires an IIS reset to fix it. Does anybody encounters this type of problem? Thanks
