Where to find Composer and PageList

Ive looked at the pagelist block but i cant find the inheritance page to look at the code behind, thus understanding it better. Episerver isnt really knowned for their briliance in guides and documentation. so if there is someone who can give me a link to where the files are i would be greatful

Speaking of "guides and documentation" it probably would be a good idea to explain how you solved your problem, in case anyone else is having the same problem.
