Composer global blocks cache update issues ?

I seem to be having the same issue. Anyone got a solution or is it a confirmed bug?

Hi - Is anyone aware of any issues where changes in composer global blocks does not successfully clear cache or raise cache events in EPiServer load-balanced environment . I am currently facing this issues where everything else goes instantly including any changes with composer blocks whereas composer global blocks does not seem to update cache for a long period of time. LB is set over TCP / IP. [EPiServer 6 R2]
