Make ite possible to hide uneditable nodes for editor

For large web sites with many pages and editors it is a tedious task for an editor to drill down to "their" part of the tree. A suggestion is to allow the administrator to specify that some users only see the relevant parts of the tree in edit mode. Maybe as a property on the user ("Hide pages with no edit access").

Or the editor can use the favorites function to quickly navigate to it's area.

So then these editors can't link to pages that they don't have edit priveliges on with the link tool.

Of course they should be able to link to pages in the link tool. It is the site structure navigation that should be limited.
