Two suggestions which would improve the page edit interface: 1. Always mark mandatory fields in some way and not only after attempt to save the page with such a field missing. 2. When reporting there is a mandatory field missing, a link in the warning area above the tabs would be nice. The link should select the proper tab and set focus on the missing field. As a step in this direction, the tab name could be displayed after the field name in the message area.
