Pre-installed user and administration handbook in pdf-format

It would be nice if the user and the administrator handbook (pdf-version) where included when EPiServer is installed. It has happened several times that the web editor is complaining that the help doesn’t work. And as we all know, human memory tend to fail, so it would be better to have it installed automatically.

Hi! The handbooks were previously included when installing EPiServer. However, we received complaints since the file sizes of the handbooks are quite large and the download was therefore slow. So now it is done manually. Best regards, Sarah Larsson

I agree that it shouldn't be part of the initial installation files, but would this be a nice feature to add to EPiServer Manager? When a web app is marked, you get an option [somewhere] to download these files? Frank :)
