Dynamic properties in right-click menu

Why can't I choose Dynamic properties ("Ändra dynamiska egenskaper" in Swedish) from the right-click menu in the Page-Tree view in the edit-mode? Most of the other top icons are there. Now I first have to select a page and then click the icon, which is unnecessarily time-consuming.
