Pass unified-file-description to insert image dialog?

We use EPiServers filesummary to store copyright, description, author, etc. When a user inserts an image to TinyMce, he has to fill out imagedescription and title again, and this feels like double work to me since we already have the information. Is it possible to pass information from the unified file to the image-dialog in TinyMce to automatically fill inn title and description? Is this dialog advimage-plugin?
