It is possible to index additional fields by attaching to IndexingService.DocumentAdding event, but it is not possible to retrieve ScoreDocs (or custom fields) from lucene index.
It would be nice to have an API for retrieving ScoreDocs in addition to EPiServer.Search.IndexResponseItem
