Select multiple pages in page tree

A very common request from editors is being able to select multiple pages simultaneously in the page tree (e.g. using CTRL+Click for non-consecutive files, or SHIFT+Click for consecutive files).

Obviously the context-menu options would have to be limited (as bulk-handling could lead to.. unexpected.. results), but at the very least editors should be able to multi-select pages and move them to another location in the page tree, or delete them.

There have been similar hacks in the past, but AFAIK none are available for newer (7+) Epi versions - and I could not find a feature request for this (to my surprise!).

Not only in the page tree, it would also be helpful for the search results on the right side panel.

Definitely a very handy feature for mass management of pages or media.

Multiple select option in content areas would be great as well.

Yes, this feature would be appreciated. Any updates on this. The last post was 2018?
