Ability to visually distinguish global blocks from on this page blocks within a content area

It would be great if you could add the ability within a content area to visually distinguish global blocks from blocks that are created directly on a page/block. Currently they both display with a blue icon and it's not until you edit a block that you can find out whether it's a global block or not.
