Show warning when "fetch data from page" is enabled for content with local block that has boolean property

Related to bug https://world.episerver.com/support/Bug-list/Bug/?bugId=CMS-15738

I suggest that a warning is shown if fetching is enabled for a content which contains a local block with a boolean property. The warning could link to the documentation which the bug is about.
