We are developing a second site in addition to our first to run with an enterprise license. The first site was developed using .NET framework 1.1. This time however we will develop our new site using .NET framework 2.0. The document "Configuring EPiServer Enterprise Edition" mentions using the same home directory for multiple sites. Our sites will have different release plans and I don't want to end up with a mess so here...what's the correct strategy?
