I'm trying to find the reason for following error. The event source is CMS400. Ektron version is 9.20.

My guess is that some CMS component is finding that a user got logged-out, but no useful information like the URL is provided. The environment is managed cloud so examining processes and threads is not possible. Does anyone have any insight?
