Customising the overlay menu for block in content areas
Have tried to change it

But look at LinkCollection in 7.5 that is easier to change

Anyone know how the menu is rendered on block or media within content areas? The one with the edit, display as, personalise, remove links in.
I'm trying to figure out how I can customise this but not quite sure how this is built yet.
