Dynamic content settings not working in mvc project

Hi 

i tried this guide:

i tried to add a setting that whould be available to set within episerver:

    public string Link { get; set;}

but i does not show in episerver... i can see the dynamic content i created but cant set eny settings..

 

any idea why?
