I think that you have to capture it using javascript and then store it in the session.

Would that mean that on the first load of the page personalization is not going to work? Only starting from the second time?

In theory, you could get the client's timezone offset based on his IP address, but that's not as accurate as javascript version.

Hello everyone,
Do you know if there is already a known way to create a custom Visitor groups criterion which will take client-side time of day into consideration, instead of the standard criterion which is based on server time.
