Amazon S3 provider chopping thumb's bottom

Hi All,

I am just in the process of migrating SQL Blob provider to Amazon's S3. I noticed for the new files over ~3MB bottom of the thumbnail is chopped off. See blow:

Large_test - 6.8mb

Large_test2 - 4.9mb

Large_test3 - 2.6mb

Have any of you experienced this issue before?

Not the standard httpruntime => maxrequestlength that is messing with you?
