Auto translate from English,in language concepts

Hi Guys,

    I added language gadget to my sitae, and  i added few languages to my site, but auto translate from english is not enable mode.can any one explained about it how  to enable(Auto-Translate from english) with out ausing azure account.

The Microsoft Translate API is an Azure service, and the auto translate functionality is designed to work against that Azure service - so I don't think you'll be able to avoid using an Azure account. What is your requirement for NOT using Azure?
