Can you please clarify a bit more, what you are trying to achieve?

I assume you have an empty website and you want to create new Page Types such as Landing Page or Standard Page.

You need to look at the following section in Episerver documentation and follow it step by step (if you are new)

Note: Alloy MVC is also a very good example website

Use ContentArea or ContentReference Property on your page and it will allow you to drag and drop any block or page
