3 folders, all same permissions, user can delete 1 not the other 2

Vote:

A user has created three folders, they have gone to delete them but can only delete one of them.

Each folder has the same permissions, "everyone" is read only, and their usergroup has all permissions except admin.

The user is a member of this usergroup and "WebEditors"

Can anyone provide some light on why this is happening?

thanks,

Jon

Is there a way to see where these directories sit locally and what permissions the local versions have? UnifiedFile has the LocalPath property but there doesn't seem to be a similar property for UnifiedDirectory.
