Editing problems on Episerver DXC

We have our customer hosting on the DXC.

They have faced issues in editing pages from production site.

We do not have any code that cotrols cache headers.

On investigation with fiddler we have following observations.

Some of the pages on pages have different cache settings. For instance:

We created a new page (for testing purposes), and we can edit it as usual:
And the response headers are:
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Cache-Control: public, no-cache="Set-Cookie", max-age=60
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Date: Wed, 22 Mar 2017 11:01:04 GMT
Expires: Wed, 22 Mar 2017 11:02:04 GMT
Meaning this page will be cached for 60 seconds.

But on another page where we face issues while editing the page:
 Response headers are:
HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified
Cache-Control: public, max-age=63625176502
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Date: Wed, 22 Mar 2017 11:03:52 GMT
Expires: Mon, 29 Dec 2127 04:36:30 GMT

63625176502 seconds equals about 2017.54 years to be cached i.e. it will be hard to get browsers to reload this page.

Can you please point me to a direction for investigation of this issue?
